After his apprenticeship as a professional assistant for economic counseling and fiscal advice, Detlef Ochel was able to gain a wealth of experience in 15 years in personnel management, working in areas such as fiscal advice, industry and trade. During this period of time, he completed further training courses as a certified management accountant and certified business economist.

In September 2000, Detlef Ochel founded Ochel Consulting and has been a self-employed personnel consultant ever since. Many years of experience in recruiting and supporting the new employees during the transition resulted in the formation of Ochel Relocation Service.

With Ochel Relocation Service Detlef Ochel and his team focus specifically on the process of arriving and settling in new employees and their families at a new location.

Detlef Ochel – Certified demographic consultant

In times of demographic change, Detlef Ochel knows that enhancing his knowledge base and skills in professional consulting gives him a head start.

Therefore, he successfully completed the qualification of Demographie-Experten e. V. (DEx) in order to become a demographic advisor.

This is a unique qualification in Germany that is certified and supported by INQA (Institution for new quality of work). As a demografic advisor he is also authorised to apply the Company Check “Good Mittelstand” (INQA Unternehmenscheck “Guter Mittelstand”) as one of the many services as advisor.
